Queensland Hydro was established by the Queensland Government to deliver long-duration pumped hydro energy storage projects so we can transition to a stable renewable energy future.
Pumped hydro energy storage has a critical role in helping to meet the Queensland Governments renewable energy targets and Australias Towards Net Zero goals by 2050. Queensland Hydros proposed pumped hydro energy storage projects can deliver the ultimate assurance for the States energy transition and play a defining role in securing a stable transition to renewable energy.
