Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south to Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Support the coordination, development and implementation of initiatives that increase cultural capability within the SCHHS including those related to the Cultural Practice Program, growing, and retaining the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce and the promotion of significant cultural events.
- Assist, develop and promote the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service's initiative to increase, support and retain the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce.
- Develop and maintain strong links within the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community and with relevant organisations and demonstrate a sound knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to book and organise meetings and conferences, including preparing and circulating paperwork such as minutes as requested.
Remuneration value up to $110 852 p.a., comprising salary between $88 187- $97 157 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
