The Role

The Workforce Management Specialist is responsible for supporting and enhancing workforce operations in Pandora’s retail locations. The focus is on the effective management of Workforce Management systems, working closely with local retail teams to ensure optimal resource allocation, contributing to store productivity, and improving the customer and employee experience.

• Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the Workforce Management system
• Collaborate effectively with local managers to align staffing levels, schedules, and resource allocation with the intricacies of each market's operational needs
• Analyse market-specific workforce performance, attendance, and productivity data
• Provide hands-on guidance and training to super users on the optimal utilisation of Workforce Management tools
• Contribute to the establishment of market specific operational standards for Workforce Management policies, procedures, and metrics
• Regularly monitor and interpret market specific KPIs related to Workforce Management, generating actionable reports and dashboards

You Have

• Similar field or equivalent experience in a WFM role in the Retail sector
• A passion for cultivating innovation and creating better ways ensure the organisation’s success
• Business acumen, the ability to make decisions that drive and support Pandora’s strategy as well as build collaborative relationships
• Customer centricity, the drive to actively seek customer feedback and develop a consistent experience
