About the role
Congress is expanding and are looking for a skilled Workforce Advisor to join our Human Resources team in Alice Springs.
Reporting to the Senior Workforce Manager the Workforce Partner is responsible for working collaboratively with a specified customer group to deliver guidance and support across a wide range of human resources matters, coaching, mentoring and supporting managers with contemporary people management practices.
This is a great opportunity to join Congress Human Resources, gain Employee Relations experience and work in a supportive team towards building our workforce.
