About the role
The Workforce Planning and Optimisation Manager reports to the Head of Operational Excellence and Support and is accountable for maximising the operational agility and productivity of the frontline workforce for Customer Operations & Provider Solutions. The appointee will be required to guide the process of designing and delivering impactful omni channel workforce management insights and analytics reporting, enabling effective forecasting, operational leadership and the delivery of the Corporate plan for the business. Critical to success in this role will be leading and developing the capabilities of a team of WORKFORCE PLANNING and dialler analysts ensuring they have the skills required to meet the businesses WFM needs now and into the future.
About you
You are a progressive, business minded, strategic and highly regarded people leader who has led the WORKFORCE PLANNING function in a complex environment and are seeking the chance to employ your value add and pragmatic action orientation in a leadership position. Ideally, experienced with Genesys telephony, you are an architect of WORKFORCE PLANNING and optimisation strategy designed to enable business objectives.
