WORKFORCE PROGRAMS LEAD
This opportunity offers:
- Temporary employment up to January 2025 (possibility of ongoing appointment)
- Full time role & 35 hour working week
- Attractive annual salary $122,491 - $134,981 p.a. plus 11% superannuation
- Location: Sydney Olympic Park (Hybrid/flexible working arrangements available)
The Workforce Program Leads ensure that the RFS develops the requisite workforce capabilities (right skills, in the right places, at the right time) to fulfil its mandate and organisational objectives now and into the future, through effective workforce planning and leading the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of strategic Workforce Programs.
We work on a hybrid basis in the Workforce Planning & Programs team, with three days per week in the office at Sydney Olympic Park and two days per week at home on offer (dependent on operational requirements).
As our ideal candidate, you will have experience in:
- Managing the delivery of organisation wide projects
- Evidence based strategic workforce planning and human resource practices
- Organisational development and continuous learning
- Workforce engagement and change management
- Strategic program development and delivery
