Working Towards Or Early Childhood Teacher

We are seeking highly skilled and Early Childhood Teachers or Working Towards to join our our newly opened Grow Early Education Kelso!

The role 

• Your passion and enthusiasm will see you lead a classroom by effectively engaging with educators, families, children and the wider community to implement the educational program for our Kindergarten children
• You will be responsible for the day to day management of your classroom and flexible routines
• You will work as a lead educator to provide creative learning experiences
• You will mentor and lead your room team to include collaboration, reflection and respect
• You will have extensive knowledge of the EYLF, transition statements and understanding of the NQF/NQS
• You will demonstrate an excellent understanding of the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines
• You will work at all times in compliance with Government Regulations to meet high quality standards
• You will network with relevant stakeholders in the local community
• You will provide a comprehensive transition to school program

About you

• Working Towards or Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA
• Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications
• Current Working with Children Check
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively lead a room environment
• Excellent understanding of the EYLF and NQF
