We are currently seeking an organised, dynamic and experienced Workplace Emergency Trainer to join the Chubb Training Group Team based in Findon, South Australia.

About the Role
Reporting to the National Training Manager, you will be part of a national team involved in delivery of fire safety measures for a wide range of Chubb’s clients.
You will be responsible for:
- The delivery and/or assessment of both nationally recognised and standard training in fire and life safety disciplines at client locations or at our dedicated SA training rooms.
- Reviewing and advising clients on their on-site emergency response exercises
- Undertaking audits of client sites in accordance with relevant State legislation and Australian Standards
- Development of evacuation diagrams using infield tablet based software
- Reviewing and/or developing site specific emergency response and evacuation procedures
- Creating relationships with clients to support their compliance responsibilities
- Working with your local Chubb Sales Team to identify opportunities for growth
About You
- Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (with LLN & 502 competencies)
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of fire and life safety training including but not limited to ECO, First Attack & First Aid
- A strong understanding of the requirements for evacuation diagrams and emergency procedures
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Exceptional organisational, delivery and time management skills
- An ‘out of the box thinker’ who creates solutions to assist clients
- An engaging personality and training style that leaves course participants feel confident in their own emergency response capability
- The ability to travel intra and interstate as required
