Bringing this into our own workplace, our Workplace Experience Manager will be responsible for activating, managing and maintaining our Rhodes based workplace community.
As a member of the People & Culture team this role, based in our Rhodes 2138 office, will see you help shape and influence our workplace on many levels. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our people and their visitors, and you’ll help drive efficiency and productivity through well-managed business operations, ensuring our workplace runs seamlessly. You’ll support and provide input into our impending office move within Rhodes Quarter, and if that’s not enough, your creativity will be valued as you develop and deliver an engaging program of events and activities for our people that build a sense of community and engagement. This position has one direct report.
What you can expect to accomplish in this role
Provide input to and work with the project management team as we transition into an amazing new workplace within Rhodes Quarter (RQ) later this year
Build strong relationships with all stakeholders at all levels, to foster a welcoming and engaging workplace environment
Maintain and manage a workplace that we’re proud to call home, and that our people are drawn to collaborate, learn and have fun in
Provide exceptional Workplace Experiences through excellent service delivery
Guide culture, collaboration and inclusion through the design and delivery of an annual calendar of employee events and communications that encourage socialisation, learning and connection
Provide a seamless visitor experience for everyone coming to our Rhodes office inc. overseeing internal services inc. parking, meeting and collaboration spaces, security etc.
Welcome and support new starters into our business, onboarding them into our workplace amenity
Develop and manage supplier relationships, managing office procurement, inc. negotiation of commercially positive terms e.g. travel provider, office supplies and consumables etc.
Identify opportunities for the business and our people to ‘give back’ via our philanthropy partners and a range of workplace activities and volunteering opportunities
Continually review what we do and how we do it, contributing to business process improvement and innovation
Who we’re looking for
Strong stakeholder management skills
Team player driving high accountability in self and others
Confident, articulate and able to problem solve. Solutions focus
Enthusiastic, able to motivate and inspire team members
Well organised, commercially minded, comfortable managing up
Proficient in MS Office and experience utilising enterprise software for account management and workplace services
Creative thinker with experience designing and delivering exceptional workplace/ corporate events and activities, within budget and on time
Qualifications in Hospitality Management, Business Administration/Operations, Marketing/Events desirable
