What this opportunity involves:
As part of the Concierge Services team based in Canberra you will oversee the switchboard and manage client requests, answering all incoming calls for the client portfolio and ensuring that requests are dealt with appropriately.
You will join a close-knit and passionate team and you will learn and grow your expertise in all areas of property and facilities management.
Snapshot of the role:
- Answering and transferring externals calls to appropriate Departments
- Transferring internal calls
- Placing international phone calls for Services Australia Employees to clients overseas
- Updating Services Australia Employees contact details on switchboard
- Scheduling Teleconference calls for Services Australia staff
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and effective working environment
- Effective participation in a small team environment.
You will have outstanding customer service skills, and are looking to further galvanize your experience in Property. You will have excellent verbal & written communication skills as well as the confidence to liaise frequently with stakeholders at all levels. You will be comfortable working in a lively team environment and be able to work under pressure.
