Job Description
As our Works Coordinator you will apply your skill and experience in the coordination of civil works to delivering our annual and monthly maintenance and capital works programs, while providing positive, effective leadership of our works team. Working closely with the Engineering Services team, you will ensure construction and maintenance projects are effectively planned, coordinated, resourced, and completed safely, to the required standard and within budget. You will also oversee responses to customer requests ensuring consistency with our Customer Service Charter.

- Base annual salary from $87,500 per annum dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications

- Civil works and maintenance programming experience
- Project management experience
- Effective communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of Work Health and Safety Regulations
- Construction Safety Awareness Card
- Current ‘C’ class licence
Experience in road construction, drainage and maintenance, qualification in leadership and traffic management and first aid and a current ‘HR’ licence will be highly regarded.
