AddressCGC have partnered with a key client in the maintenance space to recruit a Maintenance Coordinator. The client is an essential maintenance provider across the Mining & Construction industries and they're looking to expand their team in the Asset Maintenance Coordinator space.
The Role:
The position is to manage all asset maintenance across the business. The maintenance activities will be run end to end whilst implementing relevant asset management principles to ensure full utilisation of the asset is realised through the approved activities over the life of the asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and approving maintenance schedules as well as a daily asset maintenance activities to ensure they're in line with those schedules and practices for business.
- Managing the overall performance of asset and maintenance activities to achieve business objectives as well as regulatory and policy/procedure compliance.
- Ensure effective and efficient internal maintenance plans and schedules are developed and implemented, prioritising risk, reliability, and cost effectiveness.
- Identifying and evaluating opportunities for growth and performance efficiency in relation to asset maintenance activities.
- Review & coordinate the supply chain to ensure assets have the ability for preventative & corrective maintenance activities to occur where risk can be managed through effective services.
- Implement a functional and sustainable approach to work management practices within the asset fleet to ensure the right work is completed at the right time, using the right resources.
- Managing and maintaining an audit process for assets across all works to ensure they meet client safety standards of entry for suppliers and assets associated with the business.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar capacity
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the mining and resources sector or Industrial Manufacturing
- Mobile Equipment maintenance
- Zero-Based Budgeting for maintenance activities
- Trouble-shooting support for remote breakdowns
This role is currently offering a salary of 120-130k + superannuation and is offered on a permanent basis. The role is Perth based Monday to Friday 38hrs per week.
