Our workshop is busy and the Workshop Controller is at the heart of it being the conduit between the customer and the workshop. From ensuring work is completed on time, to job allocation and customer interaction, this role is designed for someone with a customer & team focus.
Our ideal team member has the following:
- Extensive Automotive experience (experience with Toyota is valued)
- A can do, customer focused attitude
- A friendly, team focused personality
- Ability to manage & motivate the workshop team
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills
