Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily workshop activities efficiently, ensuring optimal workflow and the timely completion of service and repair tasks.
- Supervise and mentor a team of skilled technicians, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor and uphold high-quality standards in service delivery, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to optimize resource allocation and achieve departmental goals.
- Apply technical expertise to assist technicians in troubleshooting and problem resolution.

- Demonstrated experience in automotive service management or a similar leadership role.
- A strong technical background with an in-depth understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics.

Role Overview:
