We're on the lookout for an experienced Electrical Team Leader to spearhead our dynamic team in manfacturing top-quality motor homes. We welcome candidates from Electronics, Electrical, Electrical fitting, or Auto Electrical backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring seamless workflow and meet production demands are met by staff.
- Ability to read and and interpret schamatics and electrical drawings.
- Oversee a team of up to 12 reports, including Electrical Trade Assistants.
- Optional overtime is available, providing flexibility for those who are keen to take on additional hours.
- Actively recommending changes and enhancements to the manufacturing process.

Shift time
- 7am - 3:30pm + overtime when busy
Remuneration
- Up to $100,000 + Superannuation
- All overtime are paid at penatly rates
- Permanent / Full time role
