The Role:
We are on the lookout for an experienced Team Leader with expertise in level 1 Electrical Works to guide our projects in the Greater Sydney Metro area. This role demands a proactive leader who can ensure project efficiency, safety compliance, and team cohesion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize daily operations to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Uphold all safety regulations and company policies, fostering a secure work environment.
- Manage daily reports, toolbox talks, and documentation efficiently.
- Liaise with client site contacts and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and support team members, reinforcing our culture of teamwork and mutual respect.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in level 1 Electrical Works.
- Current White Card and ability to read construction plans and DBYD.
- Familiarity with Ausgrid and Endeavour standards.
- A strong focus on safety and detail, with excellent written communication skills for reporting.
- Flexibility to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required by project demands.
Desirable:
- Operator of 5t excavator.
- MR/HR Licence.
