Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Provide hands-on leadership and supervision to a team comprising of Boilermakers, Welders, Riggers, and TAs, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections, checking all work post-fabrication, post-welding, and pre-delivery to ensure compliance with drawings and meet our high-quality standards.
- Communication: Liaise daily with Management to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, addressing any potential challenges promptly.
- Employee Management: Supervise workshop employees, provide guidance, and troubleshoot workshop-related issues as they arise.
- Material Procurement: Oversee material procurement, ensuring the availability of resources for projects.
- Safety and Quality: Uphold the highest standards of safety and quality in all work activities, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
Qualifications:
- **Trade Qualification：**Qualified Boilermaker or welding inspector.
- Supervisory Experience: Possess 5+ years of experience in a similar supervisory role. Experience in structural steel is preferred but not essential.
- Technical Skills: Be proficient in MS software, including the ability to create Excel spreadsheets to track production performance, raw material consumption, and delivery deadlines.
- Time Management: Exhibit exceptional time management, scheduling, and planning skills to optimize workflow.
- Leadership Skills: Have excellent people skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
- Safety-Conscious: Maintain a safety-conscious mindset and possess knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
- Forklift License: Hold a forklift license.
- Driver's License and Reliable Transport: Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary Range: Competitive salary in the range of $120,000 – $170,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
