MLG is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee and lead the highly valued rebuild workshop team for our Mobile Crushing Division based in Kwinana, WA.
The position primarily is to coordinate and manage periodic rebuilds of our crushing and screening assets The position will also be required to assist with remote support for our operational sites with technical support relating to breakdown and maintenance activities.

Employment: Permanent Full Time opportunity Hours: Monday - Friday (home every night) What does the ideal candidate bring to MLG?
•    Extensive experience managing a workshop team of mechanical fitters, boilermakers and auto electricians. 
•    Extensive experience with the repair of mobile track mounted crushing and screening equipment including

•  Jaw Crushers
•  Cone Crushers,
• Screens
• Hydraulic Stackers

•    Knowledge of mobile plant including 

• Loaders,
• Excavators 
• Dump Trucks 
• Skid Steers

•    Experience with contractor and external repair management processes.
•    Experience with maintenance management practices.
•    Strong time management and relationship building skills.
•    Experience with estimating/costing projects 
•    An understanding of scheduling and maintenance programs.
•    Experience with creating asset rebuild work scopes.
•    Experience with Pronto maintenance system.
•     Hold a Qualification as mechanical/heavy fabrication tradesperson.
