AddressMcCosker Contracting have an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Site Supervisor to join our team. This position is based in the Gladstone region for project sites located on various sites.

In this role you will successfully coordinate workshop operational requirements and be responsible for the direct supervision of workshop and subcontractor workers to ensure all safety, environmental and quality specification requirements are achieved.
To be successful you will have:
- Qualification in Engineering - Mechanical / Diesel Fitting / Mobile Plant or equivalent
- Current Queensland Open Drivers Licence
- Construction Industry Induction (white card/ blue card)
- Experience in planning and coordinating resources
- High level knowledge and experience in mechanical maintenance of plant and equipment used in a civil construction industry
- Experience with Caterpillar, Hitachi, Volvo will be advantageous
- Knowledge or and/or experience in the civil construction industry
- Experience in managing teams and supervising the work of others
