The role and duties Reporting into the operations Manager you'll be looking after a team of 10 experienced mechanics and apprentices. Based wholly off the tools, you will enjoy leading, mentoring and organising the team whilst driving a collaborative work environment. You'll also be responsible for; Assigning tasks to team members based on their experience Assist in record keeping and coordinating warranty claims Build and maintain strong customer relationships Ensure the team adhere to quality standards
