We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced person to lead our new service department and workshop. We are seeking highly motivated candidates, who have an eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously. You will take pride in your work, and must be able to problem solve on the go.
As a Workshop Supervisor, you will work closely with the Dealer Principal to manage the workshop, and be able to undertake a range of tasks including;
- Undertake caravan assessments
- Manage Bookings
- Diagnose and resolve problems with vans; wiring, water leaks etc.
- Meet/greet customers and keep them informed and satisfied.
- Prepare work orders.
- Source and order parts
- Oversee repairs.
- Oversee and manage a small team.
- Have outstanding communication skills, teamwork focused and a ‘can do’ attitude.
This is a hands on role, and you would be required to assist and work alongside other technicians in fitting accessories, servicing, and carrying out some minor repairs to a wide range of new and used caravans.
Ideally you would have experience in one or more of the following:
- Workshop supervisor or 2IC role
- Troubleshooting/diagnostic skills
- Cabinetry/Timber
- Electrical 240 & 12 volt
- Mechanical/Automotive
- Welding
- Accessory installation
- Caravan Service & Repair
