Experiences:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Pool Service Technician to join our dynamic Service team. Reporting directly to the Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering consistent and high-quality results for our clients.

As a Swimming Pool Technician, here's what you'll achieve:

• Provide exceptional customer experiences by ensuring swimming pools are clean, safe, and chemically balanced.
• Organize and maintain stock stored in your Ute.
• Think quickly to overcome challenges and build strong client relationships while working independently.
• Assist in the installation and servicing of pool equipment, including pumps, filters, chlorinators, pool cleaners, and heat pumps.
• Document service activities and capture photos using our Pooltrackr App to prepare customer reports.
• Engage and educate customers on-site.
• Comfortably handle and lift heavy items, adhering to workplace health and safety standards (must be able to lift 20kg).
