About Hub Australia:
Hub Australia provides premium workspaces, business networks, and services across 15 locations in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra and Adelaide.
Founded and headquartered in Melbourne, Hub has grown to become the largest privately-owned coworking operator in Australia, with over 150 staff and over 7000 members ranging from small business and government to non-profit and corporations.

Established in 2011, Hub is a Certified B-Corporation and the first coworking space in Australia to be certified Carbon Neutral with Climate Active. Hub is a fun, energetic, and dynamic environment with plenty of room for growth – as we continue to build the best place to create, share, and work with others, there’s a perfect place for you to grow with us
As the Workspace Experience Manager, you are at the heart of creating 5-star hospitality experiences in our workspaces. Your role is crucial in managing day to day operations (which includes our office spaces, cafe and serviced meeting spaces) across multiple sites in Melbourne, fostering a vibrant community, and ensuring exceptional service and member engagement. You will lead a diverse team, promoting a culture of collaboration, professional development, and operational efficiency. Your leadership skills will be key in unifying team efforts, maintaining consistent quality, and crafting a dynamic, engaging environment for every member and guest.

What your day to day will look like (but not limited to!):

  • Oversee daily operations with a keen eye on service excellence, spotting inefficiencies, and risk management. Build strong relationships with members and stakeholders to ensure seamless operational flow
  • Engage with members through regular check-ins and anticipate their needs, while collaboratively executing community engagement strategies alongside the Customer Experience team, including events that range from networking to wellness activities.
  • Harness member feedback to refine experiences and strengthen community initiatives, leveraging key metrics to guide improvements and champion member interests.
  • Tackle challenges head on by identifying and solving problems with creative solutions that enhance member satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team dynamics. Act as a catalyst for positive change, turning obstacles into opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Lead by example, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of mentorship, initiative, and growth within your team. Give hands on support, especially in high engagement areas like the Welcome Desk and Cafe.
We're Looking For Someone Who:

We're seeking a visionary leader passionate about crafting unparalleled member experiences and driving operational success. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where no one day is the same, every day brings an opportunity to inspire, connect, and lead, this role awaits you.

You will:
  • Bring a minimum of 4 years in customer-focused, service oriented environments with a track record of high-quality customer experience delivery. Luxury hotels/restaurants/events space experience is highly regarded.
  • Possesses exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging interactions with members, staff, and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrates clear and effective communication abilities, both verbal and written, to articulate ideas and foster understanding.
  • Uses strong problem-solving skills with a creative and pragmatic approach to overcome challenges.
  • Has a genuine passion for managing and cultivating client relationships
  • Exhibits strong, adaptable leadership skills, guiding a diverse team across various contexts and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Shows effective decision making abilities, even in high pressure situations.
  • Holds a solid understanding of financial management, P&L, budgeting, and cost control and working collaboratively across departments for effective financial oversight.
Why you should join us:
  • Work life balance! Embrace the stability of Monday to Friday corporate hours, freeing your weekends for personal pursuits - and a 9 day fortnight!
  • Join ranks with some of Australia's top organisations, certified as a Great Place to Work™
  • Contribute to a B Corp and certified carbon-neutral organisation, committed to making a positive impact on society and the environment
  • Achieve a balanced lifestyle through our comprehensive wellness programme and lifestyle fund as well as birthday leave
  • Expand your skills and career trajectory with our personalised training and professional development fund and offerings
  • Support to make a social and environmental impact with paid volunteer leave each year
Join Our Team!
Keen to join but don’t tick all the boxes? Apply Anyway!
We understand that skills and potential don't always fit neatly into a checklist. If you're passionate about this role but don't meet every single requirement, we still want to hear from you. Your unique experience and enthusiasm could be just what we're looking for!

At Hub Australia, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace. We believe that our strength lies in our differences, and we are committed to providing an environment where everyone is welcomed, respected, and supported.
