We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Club Manager to lead our team and ensure the continued success of our gym.
Creche Assistants:
World Gym Stafford is currently seeking bubbly and reliable Kids World Creche Assistants!

We offer onsite child-minding services for our members whilst they train in the facility. You will be responsible for the caring of our youngest members that are here to have fun in a safe monitored environment.
As a Creche Assistant you will be responsible for creating a fun, creative and safe environment for our members children. You will be facilitating the Kids World booking system, signing children in/out of our care and keeping a clean space for kids to enjoy whilst also tending to parent enquiries. You will report directly to the Kids World Supervisor.
To be successful for either role you must:
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Hold a current blue card
- Have current First Aid and CRP Certificate
- Have a warm nature and are passionate about working with children
- Enthusiastic, approachable attitude and can take initiative
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Have availability every second Saturday morning, and some weekday mornings and afternoons
Reception/Retail Assistants
World Gym Stafford are currently seeking an energetic, motivated Receptionist/Retail assistant to join our team on a casual basis.
If you are passionate, dynamic, and have an incredible work ethic you may be someone we are interested in talking to.
If you love the fitness industry, live and breathe it, we may be interested in meeting you.
If you believe we are in a service industry and get satisfaction from helping to motivate others to achieve their best, then you are the person we are after.
In this position you will work closely with the Customer Service Manager working casual hours.
What will I be doing?
The role involves working at the front desk assisting members with general enquiries and concerns. In addition, you will be responsible for selling retail items stocked in the Pro Shop and Barbell Cafe.
This position involves:
- Driving front of house sales in retail and cafe
- Experience and knowledge working with supplements
- Passion for nutrition, health and fitness
- Visual merchandising
- Administration duties - answering phones, taking enquiries etc.
- Availability WEEKENDS 7am – 6pm, Weekdays 5am – 9.30pm
- Previous industry experience preferred
