About the role
You will play a key role in embedding a partnership approach to the agreement implementation across Parks Victoria districts and business areas. You will be a key point of liaison with Barengi Gadjin Land Council Aboriginal Corporation to monitor and progress the RSA implementation, and will provide support for Park Victoria's Regional Director Western Region, District Manager South West and other senior leaders to address strategic matters related to the partnership.
We're looking for someone with:
- Demonstrated understanding of formal Traditional Owner recognition processes in Victoria, including provisions under Recognition and Settlement Agreement
- Demonstrated experience engaging with Traditional Owner groups and building partner and stakeholder relationships
- High level judgement and experience in analytical problem solving
- Experience in coordinating or managing multiple complex projects and leading delivery of outcomes against agreed action plans.
