The key purpose of the role will be to work as a manager and leader in customer service, operational excellence, and marketing presence throughout the X-Golf Clyde North location.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for rostering, staff coordination and performance, simulator maintenance, customer service, competition and event procedures, store performance, improvement planning and local area marketing activities in conjunction with the head office team.
