About the Role:
As a Xero specialist at Mid Coast Partners, you will assist a variety of businesses with:
- Setup of Xero files
- One-on-one and group training sessions
- App add-on selection, including reporting apps
- Payroll setup and support
- BAS preparation
- Bookkeeping support for accountants
This role offers the unique chance to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and embrace a relaxing sea change. Our office is in the Marina Precinct; just a stone's throw away from beautiful beaches and great restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the bookkeeping team
- Oversee the BAS lodgement program
- Travel across the Coral Coast and Gascoyne regions to service clients
- Highly competive salary of $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience
- Work-life balance: Opportunity to negotiate a 9 day fortnight if desirable
- Relocation allowance: Assistance with moving to Geraldton if you are not based in the area
About You
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive knowlegde of Xero
- Self-driven and motivated to grow the bookkeeping division
