An exciting opportunity has become available for Yard Maintenance Team Members to join our YellowBridge Home Services team.

This position requires a high standard of service delivery for our clients. You must be able to work closely with the Home Services Team, have good interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with a broad cross-section of community groups and people.

Key attributes in this role include previous experience in mowing, whipper snipping and gardening, the ability to work in a team environment, and the skills to maintain all plant & equipment. Manual licence and trailer towing experience will be well regarded.

In your position you will be required to undertake the following responsibilities:

• Deliver professional and timely Yard Maintenance services for clients
• Identify any risks to staff safety
• Maintain equipment as per schedule
• Undertake professional development
• Attend staff meeting

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Experience in mowing and gardening (desirable)
• Blue & Yellow Cards
• A manual drivers licence and the ability to tow and reverse a large trailer
• A high level of knowledge and understanding of the relevant maintenance and safety policy and procedures
• Good interpersonal skills
