Coordinate and supervise operational activities to ensure prompt processing and loading of freight, to ensure on time delivery in full Lead and guide the team of 20 employees ? Manage team training, performance management and rosters?
Provide daily / weekly reports to Operations management team? Responsible and accountable for ensuring a safe working environment and reporting and investigating, safety incidents or concerns to your Manager Ensuring compliance with all relevant OH&S requirements? Conforming to quality systems and procedures?
Foster a strong team culture Skills & Experience Experience in a supervisory or team leader role? Forklift ticket advantages Experience leading a small team in loading of vehicles/trucks Process and systems improvement experience? Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written?
