In order to deliver this commitment, we seek like-minded people and work hard to support our staff to realise their full potential.About the Role:We are currently seeking an Yardperson to join our team working out of our Emerald branch.The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:

• Performing outward control of all machines ensuring where required the machines are securely packed for transport including using the internal systems to 'traffic' the machine.
• Performing inward control of all machines (whole goods and attachments) including unloading containers and receipting in stock.
• Ensure that all stock is accounted for and correctly reported in the company computer system in accordance with company policy and protocol.
• Presenting machinery for display outside the front of the branch
• General yard duties of mowing and cleaning as required

Preferred skills and experience you will bring to the role:

• MR licence
• Forklift Licence
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers, fellow work colleagues and management.
• Strong Computer skills including knowledge of stock control systems.
• Excellent customer service skills, organisational and time management skills with the ability to think on your feet.
• Excellent warehousing skills alongside an understanding of heavy equipment mechanical systems.
