Breakthru Sydney NDIS supports are looking for Support Workers who have a large focus and drive to engage and support young people to pursue their vocational and recreational aspirations

About this Event
There is a selection process, that requires a survey to be completed in order to receive an invite to the evening.

Time: 5:00pm
Location: An in-person event at our Rydalmere site
At this event you will have the chance to meet the leadership team and learn about Breakthru’s supports. You will be able to discuss employment opportunities with us whilst having fun participating in some engaging activities geared toward learning how becoming a Support Worker in our NDIS can make a positive impact to a diverse range of individuals.
Working within the principles of person-centred practice you will be able to:
- Promote capacity building for independent decision making and skills development
- Facilitate individual & group activities, both centre-based and out in the community
- Support individuals to establish links to their community for leisure and vocational pursuits

What do you need to have:
- Driver's licence (essential)
- Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain
- Criminal Record Check (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Clearance Check (or willing to obtain)
