THE OPPORTUNITY

Our electricity networks team are seeking to appoint a hands-on, forward thinking Zero Harm Advisor to support the eastern region as our team deliver the scheduled program of works.

Reporting to the Zero Harm Manager, this position will be based at our Traralgon depot. However, this is very much a field-based role and requires significant time spent with operational managers and field crews to guide and coach on all aspects of our Zero Harm strategy.

ABOUT YOU

An understanding of the electricity distribution network, civil or utilities industries would be highly regarded in this role. Your ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders whilst maintaining strong relationships with a consultative approach will ensure your success.

• Diploma or higher qualification in Occupational Health & Safety in combination with Certificate IV Training and Assessing is advantageous.
• Experience with assisting Return to Work will be highly regarded.
• Exposure to investigating incidents, injuries or breaches of OH&S and environment procedures (ICAM experience highly advantageous).
• Strong computer and data analysis skills that extend to report collation and presentation.
