SalaryCable Beach Club Resort & Spa is located on the world famous Cable Beach in Broome, far north Western Australia. Broome is easily accessible by plane to all major Australian cities and offers a relaxed lifestyle with all the conveniences of shops, restaurants, cinemas, hospital and schools. Our property has a variety of room styles, 4 restaurants, pool side bars, tour desk, resort shop and day spa.We are currently seeking to employ 10 Unqualified Cooks to join our resort team commencing February 2025. The successful applicants will be employed on a Full-time basis, working 38 hours per week for a period of up to 4 years.The positions involve basic food preparation, efficient service to our restaurant guests, and working a variety of shifts. You will be an enthusiastic and approachable person who is motivated to deliver consistent quality service.The work you will be doing is hard and physically demanding. It will involve e.g. reaching above your head or bending over for long periods of time. You will be working both indoors and outdoors in hot and humid conditions with temperatures up to 25-45 degrees Celsius. You need to be fit and in good physical condition to do this work.You will need to be available to work a variety of shifts that include day and afternoon shifts as well as weekend shifts.
