ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for someone to join our team and provide expert Customer Service and technical support on 12V electrical matters. This role will best suit someone who has worked as a professional auto electrician or has built or modified vehicles (particularly four-wheel drives) as a hobby.
As part of the team, you will be responsible for providing answers to our customers' questions via telephone, email and online chat. These questions will range from the mundane (where's my order?) through to technical questions requiring a solid knowledge of how 12V/automotive electrical systems work.
The role also has an element that'll get you up from behind the desk and on the tools from time to time to troubleshoot and, on some occasions, install the products.
Please note that for this role we will be hiring mainly on aptitude and attitude, not necessarily work experience. If you have the skills but haven't done much (or any) Customer Service work before, we'd still love to hear from you.

- Ideally people who are comfortable in the outdoors (camping, fishing, 4wd, hiking, etc), although don't be deterred if this isn't you.
The following are mandatory for the role:
- A high level of knowledge of 12V / automotive electrical systems
- A solid level of skill in written and verbal communication
- Good computer literacy
- You must also have your own reliable transport and current Drivers Licence
We would also consider the following to be a bonus, but are not necessary:
- A trade qualification in automotive electrical systems
