Job description

Nibble Bikes Position Overview:  As the Customer Service Manager at Nibble Bikes, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our Brisbane and Gold Coast Sites. The Customer Service Manager will oversee various operational aspects, including fleet management, coordinating with the mechanic workshop, Customer Service, training new staff, and process optimization, to drive efficiency and enhance the customer experience. This role will be based between our two sites in Brisbane and Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple locations. Onboarding new customers. Providing exceptional Customer Service .

Managing customer communication through email, phone calls, and messages Overseeing tow management operations. Inventory Management. Monitoring fleet status and conducting regular checks on the condition of bikes.

Handling bike returns, services and swaps. Working closely with the mechanic workshop for status updates on bikes. Updating the workshop website to reflect the current status of bikes for the mechanics.

Managing the service calendar. Conducting regular registration checks and renewals for the fleet. Generating invoices and bills through Xero.

Regular Xero check for toll and fine payments. Managing customer payments.   Handling accident, breakdown and theft reports.

Maintaining the customer database. Qualifications: Proven experience in operations management in a similar role. Exceptional Customer Service skills.

Bi-lingual to easily communicate with riders from overseas. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders. Knowledge of the food delivery and automotive industries (desirable).
