Form of workMeakscapes Landscapes are a landscape construction company rapidly expanding within the Sydney/ Sydney Southwest region.
We are currently seeking a 1st or 2nd Year apprentice to join our fast growing team to commence or continue their apprenticeship.
Skills and experience:
- Passionate and a willingness to learn & grow within a busy, fast-paced landscaping business.
- Strong commitment to learning the landscape trade and completing a 4 year apprenticeship.
- Due to the type of work, you will need to be physically fit.
- You are an honest, well-presented individual to grow within our business.
- You have strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- You have a valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle to get you to and from job sites.
- OH&S White Card (preferred, but not essential).
- You are looking to, or currently, undertaking an enroled course at TAFE in Landscape Construction as an apprentice.
- Can take directions from management and follow instructions accordingly
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
What Meakscapes offer:
- This role is available for start in January in a full-time capacity.
- Typical hours: 7am – 3:30pm Mon – Fri. Applicants may be required to work some Saturdays.
- You will be trained in all aspects of landscaping including decking, turfing, brickwork, concreting, paving, timberwork, irrigation, planting, and many more.
