Your new role
- Represent the brand by providing exceptional support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with enquiries, orders, and product information for external customers and internal stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve complaints promptly, taking ownership until resolution.
- Maintain deep understanding of the brands product catalog.
- Follow company policies regarding order processing, returns, and Customer Service.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams.
- Accurately document interactions and proactively identify process enhancements.
- Meet or exceed KPIs for customer satisfaction, response times, and order accuracy.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in Customer Service roles.
Strong data skills with the ability to understand data and identify trends.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll get in return
$33-36 p/h + super (depending on experience)
Temporary Contract with potential to extend
