Due to growth within the business, we are seeking a Talent Co-ordinator to join their team. This position is a temporary assignment for approximately 2 months and is offered either full-time or .8. This role is an office-based opportunity offering flexible working arrangements.
Your new role
Working within the People and Culture Team, this position supports the People and Culture Advisors predominantly with recruitment / talent and onboarding tasks.
You will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment, from posting adverts, screening and interviewing candidates, and onboarding positions across South Australia.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a positive and proactive individual keen to work as part of a collaborative team. You will have previous experience working within talent or recruitment in a busy and fast-paced environment. You will be a clear communicator, and be able to hit the ground running busily recruiting over 50 vacancies.
This position is to commence early July.
