Position Overview
- Working on the company's range of Truck -mounted construction equipment.
- Completing Fit-outs and preparing new equipment for delivery.
- The work is hands on and involves, working with power tools, fitting parts like pumps and hydraulic lines and other components.
- Testing of systems and components for correct operation.
- Being observant with the ability to pick-up on potential issues and addressing them, loose bolts for an example.
Candidate Requirements
- Trade Qualified Mechanic/Fitter, or a similar qualification.
- Sound knowledge and experience working on diesel-powered equipment or vehicles. PDI experience on equipment or vehicles highly regarded.
- An honest worker with a strong work ethic.
- Mechanically-minded, with a passion for machinery and an interest in learning new equipment, systems, and technical skills.
- Valid driver's license, HR license is highly regarded.
- Ability to work well in a production team environment.
