The Opportunity:
We have a range of full-time permanent Station Positions we are looking to fill across the Kimberley, Pilbara and Gascoyne regions:
- Station cooks
- Administration
- Farm/Station managers
- Gardeners
- Station hands
- Bore Runners
- Machinery Operators
- Governess
- Head stock people

About you, you will:
- be excited about a rural working lifestyle that offers challenges and rewards each day.
- always demonstrate commitment to safe working practices and animal welfare.
- be motivated and enthusiastic, willing to be part of the Harvest Road culture.
- have a strong work ethic and enjoy being part of a close-knit and passionate team.
- have experience with cattle animal husbandry (desirable).
- adhere to the guidance of the station management staff.
- possess a manual driver’s licence.
- have strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- possess a good level of fitness for physical work.
- if interested in a Station Hand role, be proficient handling a horse and/or bike.
- have previous experience in a similar role.
- pass a National Police Clearance and pre-employment medical assessment.
