THE POSITION:. The position provides Administrative Support within a department and/or branch to facilitate the delivery of business and service delivery objectives. ESSENTIAL:  Skills and experience in administration procedures, equipment, systems and services Organisation, project and time management skills, ability to work unsupervised Initiative and problem solving experience Customer service experience Interpersonal and communication skills Experience in all MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint email and internet) DESIRABLE: Knowledge of Council’s operations and related policies and procedures Qualifications and work experience in a relevant field SALARY & EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS: Permanent position, 70 hours per fortnight This position is a Grade 3, salary range is $64,196 p.a. with progression to $70,858p.a. on demonstrated competencies, with performance progression to $75,199p.a, plus 11% Super FURTHER CONTACTS:  Enquiries regarding the position should be directed to Bhavna Hemrajani on 9725 0820.
