Real Work with Real Outcomes – Starting on January 21, 2025, our two-year fixed-term program offers an immersive, hands-on experience. You will engage in meaningful projects, develop a broad skill set, and gain exposure to a diverse range of products and processes within Mining & Manufacturing. Our program combines practical learning with professional development, ensuring you grow both technically and interpersonally.

Whether you're at our Liberty Primary Steel or SIMEC Mining sites in Whyalla, SA, Liberty Bell Bay in Tasmania, or SIMEC Operations in Tahmoor, NSW, you'll have the chance to be part of an iconic Australian brand with a global footprint. Eligibility Criteria:
- Australian/NZ citizenship OR an appropriate visa with unlimited working rights
- Completed an Australian tertiary degree in the past three years (or due to be completed in 2024)
- Less than two years of full-time, discipline-relevant work experience (part-time or unrelated work doesn’t count)
