About the Role
This role plays a vital role in fostering a client-centric culture in the AEA Support Office, who provide services to Veterinary Hospitals in key areas such as Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and Operations. The role is essential for bridging communication between the Support Office and its clients, ensuring efficient handling of service requests and exceeding client expectations.
As the Manager of the AEA Support Services entity, you will collaborate with Department Managers to enhance office efficiency, quality, and performance, while prioritising high levels of client satisfaction.
Primary responsibilities will include the day-to-day management of the AEA Support Office, development and monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and relationship building with Hospital leadership teams in an aim to enhance communication loops and gain an understanding of hospital needs

Area 4: Performance and Reporting
About you:

We are looking for someone with great strength in relationship building, strong business and operations acuman, and a true people leader with a strong focus on client service. Additional requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or related field or over 10 years’ experience in Veterinary management
- Minimum of 5 years in a Service Management role, demonstrating proficiency in service management principles, processes, and best practices.
- Minimum of 5 years in a Team Management role, covering at least two of the following operations functions: HR, Payroll, Finance, Marketing, or Operations.
- Accreditation in the areas of Quality Management, Project Management, Change Management, or Process Improvement will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, prioritising client-centric resolutions to service challenges and complaints.
- Proven track record of meeting service related KPIs and exceeding client satisfaction targets.
- Innovative approach to enhancing service quality within company constraints (e.g. resources, budgetary, legal).
- Committed to continuous improvement, with adeptness in relevant tools and methodologies.
- Financially astute with experience in budget management.
- Proficient in delivering confident presentations to large groups.
- Familiarity with the veterinary industry or healthcare services is advantageous but not mandatory.
