About your new role:

• Before School Care shift 7:00am - 9:00am and After School Care shift 2:00pm - 6:00pm + 2 hours Administration hours. 
• Are you a creative, dynamic, and engaging educator? Support in leading our established team as the assistant coordinator/manager.
• Extensive training, onboarding and support to provide you the tools to succeed
• Develop the programs you have always wanted with industry leading program planning tools
• Have fun, deliver amazing programs that guide children to explore, learn and play at TheirCare

Responsibilities:

• Deliver truly remarkable experiences for children, families, and staff.
• Execute on the planning cycle to deliver best in class program experiences
• Be the face of TheirCare in your school community. Create a positive relationship within the service community
• Support and guide your team of educators to support the service and community
• Be open, caring and engaged with our team to help drive our mission of giving every child the best day ever.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the childcare industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Either already qualified or in the process of obtaining an ACECQA recognised qualification which includes studies in Teaching, Education Support, Children’s Services just to name a few. For the full list of ACECQA recognised qualifications please visit .
