💼 Key Responsibilities: As the Second In Charge at Westfield Liverpool Priceline Pharmacy, you will:
- Assist the Retail Manager in leading and inspiring a dedicated team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering to ensure adequate product availability.
- Train and develop team members to provide excellent product knowledge and customer care.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
- Must be able to roster staff
💪 Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in supervisory or leadership role, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of healthcare products or pharmacy retail experience is a plus.
- Ability to roster staff effectively within budget constraints.
- Proficiency in staff management, report completion, and computer software usage.
