We are looking for a Pharmacy Assistant that has extensive knowledge of Pharmacy!
The successful candidate must be someone who is bubbly, able to deal well in a busy and fast-paced environment, able to work in a team setting and who has great customer service skills.
The main duties include:
- Supporting the Retail Manager to keep the store to an excellent standard
- Providing customer service and building a rapport with customers
- Assisting in stock control and merchandising of department
- Operation of cash registers
- Taking in prescriptions
- Medication packing
- Answering and receiving phone calls
Required Skills:
- S2/S3 Certificate
- Minimum of 2 years retail pharmacy experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin and Cantonese
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to manage and market our social media profiles
- Previous experience in working towards sales targets
