ABOUT THE ROLE
As a 2IC with demonstrated administration experience, ideally within a healthcare environment, you will join the Kewdale Clinic, WA, on a Permanent Full-Time basis working 38 hours per week. Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage a variety of tasks and customer demands. You will be responsible for leading, managing and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations of the clinic, particularly in the absence of the Practice Manager.
DUTIES
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Coordination of the clinic operations
- Effective team supervision of administration staff
- Assistance of human resource functions including recruitment, inductions and performance management
- Promoting and embedding a high level standard of customer service delivery
- Reception and general administration duties
- Processing medical bookings
- Results management
- Conducting preliminary medical assessments
- Administering health questionnaires
- Invoicing
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
You will have relevant experience in supervising staff, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in Clarity / Best Practice software will be highly regarded.
Additional requirements include:
- Ability to engage, motivate, empower and coach staff to achieve desired business outcomes
- High level of computer skills
