• Part-time, 6-month contract + possible extension

Our Federal Government client is seeking an experienced APS6 Migration Support Officer to provide support and work alongside the production, editorial team and migration librarian.

About the role:

• Advise on the Journal's bibliographic style and classification to achieve a consistent content migration
• Support the production, data entry and quality control of the Journal's metadata and delivery to various digital repositories
• Process a large amount of archival content by extracting articles and their metadata from the existing website and importing into the new platform
• Prepare and submit articles for archiving
• Maintain consistency in the Journal's metadata style across all channels

Ideally, you will have:

• A qualification in library and information studies
• Previous experience and specialist librarian skills
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• A current National Police Check or the ability to obtain
