Key Responsibilities:

1. 3D Modeling and Multimedia Production:

   • Prepare digital 3D files with CAD software for printing, including adjusting scale, orientation, and support structures as needed.
   • Use specialized 3D modeling software to create digital models of dental devices, based on patient scans or specifications provided by dental professionals.
   • Collaborate closely with dentists, orthodontists, and other dental professionals to ensure accurate representation of patient anatomy and treatment plans.
   • Develop and produce multimedia presentations, videos, animations, and interactive applications for websites, social media, and internal laboratory management systems.
   • Create visual designs for print and digital media such as logos, brochures, packaging, websites, and other marketing materials, maintaining company media assets.

2. Software Development and System Maintenance:

   • Design and maintain the in-house management system, including both front-end and back-end components, to streamline workflow processes and enhance team productivity.
   • Work with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for software development.
   • Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, and testing plans, ensuring comprehensive documentation of system functionalities.
   • Conduct code reviews and implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment, ensuring the reliability and scalability of the system.
   • Design and implement user authentication and authorization systems to ensure security and access control within the management system.
   • Ensure seamless integration of the in-house management system with other systems and databases as needed, facilitating efficient data exchange and interoperability.
   • Troubleshoot and debug issues in the in-house management system, including identifying and fixing bugs and performance issues to maintain system stability and functionality.
   • Stay up to date with the latest development tools, technologies, and techniques, identifying opportunities for improvement in the development process and incorporating relevant advancements into system architecture and design.

1. Proficiency in CAD Software: Ability to proficiently use CAD software for preparing digital 3D files for printing, including adjusting scale, orientation, and support structures.

2. Specialized 3D Modeling Skills: Experience and expertise in using specialized 3D modeling software to create digital models of dental devices based on patient scans or specifications provided by dental professionals.

3. Expertise in Dental and Orthodontic Terminology: Proficiency in dental and orthodontic terminology, including understanding dental anatomy, occlusion, and orthodontic treatment modalities, is essential for accurately interpreting patient scans and collaborating effectively with dental professionals to develop precise digital models and treatment plans.

4. Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with dentists, orthodontists, and other dental professionals to ensure accurate representation of patient anatomy and treatment plans, as well as to collaborate with other team members effectively.

5. Multimedia Production: Proficiency in developing and producing multimedia presentations, videos, animations, and interactive applications for websites, social media, and internal laboratory management systems.

6. Graphic Design: Ability to create visual designs for print and digital media such as logos, brochures, packaging, websites, and other marketing materials.

7. Software Development (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI):

   • PowerApps: Experience in developing custom business applications using PowerApps, including designing user interfaces, connecting to data sources, and implementing business logic.
   • Power Automate: Proficiency in creating automated workflows using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow), including triggering actions based on events, integrating with other Microsoft and third-party applications, and automating repetitive tasks.
   • Power BI: Skills in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, including connecting to data sources, transforming and modeling data, creating visualizations, and sharing insights with stakeholders.

8. Technical Skills: Strong technical skills to translate project requirements into technical specifications, develop and maintain project documentation, and implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.

9. System Integration: Knowledge and experience in ensuring that the in-house management system integrates seamlessly with other systems and databases as needed.

10. Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills to identify and fix issues in the in-house management system, including bugs and performance issues.

11. Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying updated with the latest development tools, technologies, and techniques, including advancements in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), and identifying opportunities for improvement in the development process.

1. Bachelor's Degree or Higher: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or a related discipline is desired. Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas can be advantageous.

2. Specialized Training in CAD and 3D Modeling: Completion of specialized training programs or courses in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and 3D modeling tools is preferred. Certifications in CAD software or 3D modeling software can demonstrate proficiency in these areas.

3. Experience in Multimedia Production: Prior experience in multimedia production, including creating presentations, videos, animations, and interactive applications, is desired. Experience with multimedia design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) is beneficial.

4. Graphic Design Skills: Strong graphic design skills, including layout design, typography, and color theory, are desired. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign is advantageous.

5. Software Development Experience: Experience in software development, particularly in developing and maintaining custom applications, is preferred. Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, or Python, as well as experience with development frameworks, can be beneficial.

6. Knowledge of Power Platform: Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as PowerApps, Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow), and Power BI is desired. Experience in developing custom business applications, automated workflows, and interactive dashboards using Power Platform tools is advantageous.

7. Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely project delivery, are desired. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing project timelines is beneficial.

8. Experience in Dental Industry: A minimum of 3 years of experience working in the dental industry, including working with dental professionals and understanding dental terminology and processes.

9. Experience in Multimedia Design: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a multimedia designer or in a similar role is desired. This includes experience in multimedia production, graphic design, and creating visual designs for print and digital media.

10. Software Development Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, particularly in developing web applications and custom software solutions, is desired. This includes proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or others, and experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular & Wordpress).

11. Web Application Development Skills: Experience in developing and maintaining web applications, including designing user interfaces, implementing business logic, and ensuring security and scalability, is desired. Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.

12.
