Your New Chapter at Laminex:
As Laminex continues to evolve, so does our need for passionate talent. We’re in search of a Process Operator Team Leader for our afternoon shift at our Bathurst plant.
- Shift Details: Monday-Thursday, 2 pm - midnight. Optional OT on Fridays as needed.
- Your Mandate: Assist the Shift Manager in directing the team, production, and machinery.
- Experience: A minimum of 12 months in a comparable leadership role is essential.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Guide the afternoon shift team, emphasising safety, efficiency, and a positive environment.
- Operate and ensure regular maintenance of machines.
- Handle CNC machine operations.
- Adhere to and champion our Zero Harm safety policy.
- Supervise general machine operations and maintain cleanliness in work zones.
- Act promptly on repair needs or safety issues, and inspect for quality assurance.
Who's the Right Fit?:
- Experience: At least a year in a Team Leader role within manufacturing.
